Earl Gray

With hints of bergamot oil, the black tea is fragrant as well as brisk. It turns dark yellow in cup. A slice of cake, a sandwich or memories beautiful pair with it perfectly.

Tea Time: Afternoon Tea

Method of Infusion:

To absorb the essence of Anandini Himalaya Tea, infuse a level teaspoon of the blend for 4 minutes in 200 ml of water, heated at 95 degree C. Strain and sip delight.

NoteBlack tea does not necessarily refer only to the CTC tea (crush tear and curl) or in the local language as one calls it ‘gol patti’ or the tea used to make chai.

Autumn tea, summer tea, first flush tea are all various types of black teas that do not require any milk or sugar added to it. They vary in taste and aroma. For your information, the Tea used to make English Breakfast is a blend of Summer Tea.
