Oolong Tea is a semi fermented tea, thus categorizing itself in between Green and Black Tea. Basically because Indian Oolong are higher in the oxidation spectrum than the chinese or tiwanese oolongs.

Full leaf Tea, slightly twisted and with a brownish green appearance, Manjhee Valley T.E ( is where our oolong comes from).

It is important that oolong is made from the right tea harvesting area, as a major portion of the flavor is the natural flavor of the pure leaf. And Oolong made during different seasons too differ. Because its taste difference is based on the character of the leaf and the weather pattern.

IMPORTANT: Large leaf Tea ~ hence when infusing the leaves, the quantity of leaf ( approx 2-3 grams) is to be kept in mind.
