First Flush Tea ~ Is a black tea, but arguably can be called Oolong ( as our first flush tea goes through very light oxidation resulting in light yellow cup). First Flush is the first harvest of any tea estate. And in Manjhee Valley, our estate in Dharamsala, Himachal Pardesh, India is the months of Mid March to May end.

This is the season the plant has just woken up from its winter hibernation and has the highest level of flavor. Manjhee Valley First Flush is floral and woody. Very much liked in Europe.

Lemon grass ~ from the valley of Uttrakhand. Grown at our farm, its freshness brings a beautiful awakening to the senses.
