Method of Infusion
Total No of Infusions: 2 Western / 6 Traditional
Western: Preheat water to 95’C and add 1 Tablespoon ( 8 gms) tea to 500 ml water. Steep for 5 minutes for 1st serving; 7 minutes for 2nd serving.
Traditional: Using a Gaiwan or Yixing Teapot preheat water to 95’C, first rinse the pot. Use 7 gms tea. Timing for 6 Steeps: rinse,25s,25s,30s,60s,70s,80s.
