Method of Infusion:
To absorb the essence of Anandini Himalaya Tea, infuse a heaped teaspoon of the blend for 5-7 minutes in 200 ml of water, heated at 95 degrees C. Strain and sip delight

A semi fermented tea, thus categorizing itself in between Green and Black Tea. Basically because Indian Oolong are higher in the oxidation spectrum than the chinese or tiwanese oolongs.

It is important that oolong is made from the right tea harvesting area, as a major portion of the flavor is the natural flavor of the pure leaf. Also Oolong made during different seasons differ. Because the taste difference is based on the character of the leaf and the weather pattern.
