White Tea/ Silver Needle Tea are downy tea buds which are handcrafted one by one in the fresh mountain air. Produced for a very short time in early spring. Therefore making it a rare tea with limited production.
It brews with its distinctive fresh, delicate flavor and crystalline liquor.

Method of Infusion:
To absorb the essence of Anandini Himalaya Tea, infuse a level teaspoon of the blend for 5 minutes in 200 ml of water, heated at 95 degrees C. Strain and sip delight.
Quantity per spoon ~ 2 gms ( as they are very light, it is important to keep note of the quantity)
Caffeine : Moderate level
It is important to note that as Silver Needle/ White tea is a delicate tea, it doesn’t mean that it has less caffeine. Being made from just the buds of the tea bush, it contains a high level of tanin.
