Pause to renew the body, mind and soul. A brew of Autumn tea, bright yellow in cup and slightly brisk with a fragrant aroma. Brings with it warmth of Lemon Balm along with the freshness of Rose Petals which leaves a lingering sweet after taste.
Ingredients: Autumn Tea, Indian Rose Petals and Lemon Balm

Method of Infusion:
To absorb the essence of Anandini Himalaya Tea, infuse a level teaspoon of the blend for 4 minutes in 200 ml of water, heated at 95 degree C. Strain and sip delight
- Tea – High on anti oxidant properties and polyphenol; Lowers cholesterol & stimulates immune system.
- Rose Petals – Soothes the nerves, cleanses the gall bladder and liver, is antibacterial, antiseptic and anti-inflammatory.
- Lemon Balm – Calming herb, reduces stress & anxiety, promotes sleep, improves appetite & eases pain.
Note: Autumn tea is the third flush in the tea season. It is a type of black tea slightly sweet in taste with a woody scent. It is manufactured as the name denotes, in the month of autumn. It is not as delicate as the first flush tea which many refer to as the orange pekoe.
