Handmade Flowery Green
The ladies walk into the Estate in the wee hours of the morning as the sun touches the leaves of the Tea bushes. The dew adorns the leaves and shines softly in all its glory. Gently each leaf and a bud is individually hand plucked and delicately added to bamboo baskets to be then taken to the factory where with gentleness, each leaf & a bud is hand rolled releasing a bouquet of delicate fragrance of the high altitude early morning mist with a hint of floral taste. The light green infusion has a sweet honey note, which is refreshing and mild.
Tea Time: 10 O’clock as well as 3 O’clock Tea
Method of Infusion:
To absorb the essence of Anandini Himalaya Tea, infuse a heaped teaspoon of the blend for 4 minutes in 200 ml of water, heated at 95 degree C. Strain and sip delight
